El día 12 de mayo se celebró en De Oranjerie, un anexo del palacio de Vollenhove, la exposición 20 aniversario de la Artist for Nature Foundation. Más de 80 obras de diversos proyectos constituyeron la muestra que se mantuvo hasta le día 20. Un nutrido grupo de artistas de varios países se desplazó para acompañar al director y fundador de la ANF, Ysbrand Brouwers, y para celebrar con música y barbacoa el aniversario. La exposición fue visitada por muchas personas de las localidades vecinas y se vendió un buen número de obras. También se presentó el libro del último proyecto: Art for the love of Sark, desarrollado con el fin de defender la pequeña isla británica de Sark de la especulación urbanística y el desarrollismo.
On May 12 in De Oranjerie, an annex of Vollenhove Palace, it was celebrated the 20th anniversary exhibition of the Artist for Nature Foundation. More than 80 works from various projects formed a remarcable sample that remained on exhibit until May 20. A large group of artists from various countries traveled to accompany the ANF’s director and founder, Ysbrand Brouwers, and to celebrate the anniversary with music and barbecue. The exhibition was visited by many people from neighboring towns and a great number of Works was sold. The book of the ANF’s latest Project was also presented: Art for the love of Sark, is supporting the struggling of tiny British island of Sark to escape from building and unsustainable development promoted by speculators.

ResponderEliminarSadly I couldn`t attend this event because I have planed to visit Greece at the same time months ago and couldn`t miss it...I see so many friends there from the Hula project and I regret that I couldn`t be there..
On the other side I had a great time in Greece and came back with successful fieldstudies and many impressions...
Hope to meet you an other time soon , why not in Spain somewhere?
